Wholesale Partner Agreement

Ambrosia Ambiance Authorized Retailer Agreement

Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized Ambrosia Ambiance retailer. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with retailers who share our commitment to quality, customer service, and brand integrity. By applying for a wholesale account and placing wholesale orders, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Minimum Order

A minimum wholesale order of $200 (before shipping) is required for all wholesale purchases.

Lead Times

Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your order to be prepared before shipment or local delivery.

While many orders are completed sooner, lead times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

MSRP & Brand Standards

To maintain a consistent brand image and support the success of all Ambrosia Ambiance retail partners, retailers are expected to offer products at or near the current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

Temporary promotions, seasonal sales, and storewide discounts are welcome. However, products should not be routinely or substantially discounted in a manner that diminishes the perceived value of the brand or creates unfair competition among wholesale partners.

Product Representation

Products must be sold in their original condition. Retailers may not remove, alter, cover, or replace product labels, safety labels, or packaging without prior written approval from Ambrosia Ambiance.

Authorized Sales Channels

Products purchased through our wholesale program are intended for resale only through the sales channels approved by Ambrosia Ambiance.

Without prior written approval, products may not be sold through third-party online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Temu, Etsy, or similar platforms.

Retail Locations

Wholesale approval applies only to the retail location(s) and sales channel(s) provided during the application process. Retailers agree to notify Ambrosia Ambiance before selling at additional retail locations so we can review the request and help ensure a balanced retail presence in the area.

Product Care

Our products are handcrafted using 100% soy wax, which is a natural wax that can soften or melt when exposed to prolonged direct sunlight or high temperatures.

To help ensure your customers receive products in the best possible condition, we recommend displaying and storing candles and wax melts in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heaters, storefront windows, or other heat sources whenever possible.

Customer Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of every product we make and want every customer to have a positive experience with Ambrosia Ambiance.

If you or one of your customers experiences a product concern, please reach out to us. We are happy to work with our retail partners to find a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.

Intellectual Property

The Ambrosia Ambiance name, logo, product names, product photographs, and marketing materials remain the property of Ambrosia Ambiance and may not be copied, modified, or used in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

Order Accuracy & Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or shipping issues must be reported within five 5 business days of receiving your order so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ambrosiaambiance.com. We will send you an email with return instructions.  Any shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wholesale Eligibility/Account Standing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved businesses purchasing products for resale in the ordinary course of business. Ambrosia Ambiance reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion and to suspend or terminate any wholesale account that violates these terms or engages in business practices that may negatively impact the Ambrosia Ambiance brand or its authorized retail partners.
