Q: How long do your candles burn for?

A: With proper care, which includes following the instructions on the bottom of the candle, our 8oz single wick candle can burn for up to 50 hours and our 14oz double wick candle can burn for up to 70 hours.

Q: Why do you use soy wax?

A: Soy wax is a renewable resource made from soybeans that are grown on American farm lands. It is biodegradable, and does not emit as much soot as paraffin wax. It is also a denser wax than paraffin, providing a longer lasting burn. 

Q: What does Clean Scent mean?

A: Our products are free from California's Proposition 65 ingredients, meaning there are no cancer causing ingredients which are known as carcinogens. They are also phthalate-free, paraffin-free, and cruelty-free. 

Q: Is your packaging recyclable?

A: Yes! The candle jars/lids, wax melt clamshells, and shipping packaging are all recyclable. 

Q: Are your products pet safe? 

A: We do not claim our products to be pet-safe, as every animal can have different sensitivities. Our products are made for home fragrance or personal use (depending on the item) and are not intended for direct use on pets.

We recommend using all fragranced products in well-ventilated areas and avoiding application on surfaces your pets frequently come into contact with, such as bedding or areas where they rest.

While our products are made without carcinogens, phthalates, or dyes, sensitivities can still occur in some pets. If your pet has known sensitivities, we suggest using caution and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.
